It will consist of carefully developed, comprehensive cannabis job certification tests based on professionally reviewed and accepted state standards. Additionally, it will distinguish each individual job-seeker as well as the cannabis market overall. By passing these certifications, individuals will represent an achieved certification “Trustmark” showing they have met or exceeded the state required background, knowledge, and skills to be hired. State Legislation should require employers only hire individuals that have achieved these State required standards.
